For DNA Testing
Please pull approximately 30 mane hairs from your horse. Place them in a plastic bag and put the name of the horse on the bag.
Please fill in the attached form clearly and if you have an email address please add that to the form so that if there is a query Maureen can contact you.
Make a cheque out for £44.65 to VM and MA Davies and send the cheque and sample to
Mrs Maureen Davies. 94 Llanmiloe Estate, Pendine, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire. SA33 4UF.
Once the cheque has cleared Maureen will forward the DNA sample to Newmarket for testing. Cheque clearance takes 5 working days and it is anticipated that the laboratory will take approx. 2 weeks.
